Step-by-step instructions

Opening the file with the blacklist: Find the file russia-blacklist.txt and open it in a text editor (for example, Notepad).
Adding domains: Add a list of domains associated with Discord to file:

Restart your computer: Save the changes to the file and restart your computer for them to take effect.
Launch GoodbyeDPI: After restarting, open GoodbyeDPI. This program will help to bypass blocking of Internet resources, including the specified domains.

Important points

Access to Discord should be restored for the web interface and messaging.
Voice chats may not work, as they use other technologies and servers that can be blocked separately.

This method is a temporary solution that may stop working if the blocking gets worse.

How to download GoodbyeDPI?

GoodbyeDPI is a program that allows you to bypass website blocking applied by Internet providers. It works by changing some network parameters, which allows you to access blocked resources. Here are the instructions for downloading and installing:

Go to the project's GitHub page: The official GoodbyeDPI repository is located on GitHub.
Downloading the archive with the program:
