I can't stop cooking these potatoes! My husband wants it every weekend - a delicious and quick dinner!

Cut the potatoes into medium-thick slices and fry in vegetable oil.

Add salt and paprika, stir.

Fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

Take 4 eggs.
