It is in the 7th row from the top, under the Coindesk card. 

Purchase conditions:

• upgrade the Influencers card to level 7,
• upgrade the X card to level 5.

Partnership program card: profit per hour

Let's check how much profit the Partnership program card gives per hour. 

Summary: not a particularly profitable card, can't compare with new ones. Hourly profit is average: slightly more than the Coindesk card, and slightly less than the Product team.

The upgrade price is the same as HamsterGram and BisDev Team.

Pumping it up to level 14 and higher is unprofitable. I only pumped for the combo.
